Q. What qualifications do I need to register?
A. As a Care Assistant no formal qualifications are required but an NVQ in care is desirable.
Nurses must have RGN or RMN qualifications from a reputable institution.

Q. What training do you provide?
A. We provide training with the help of our specialist trainers. i.e First Aid, Moving and Handling, Food Hygiene , Health and Safety.

Q. Do I need a CRB check?
A. A DBS check is mandatory. This can be paid for by credit or Debit card. If you have registered with the new system we can check your report online.

Q. Can I work hours that suit me?
A. Yes you can. We offer shift patterns that can suit your circumstances. We will request that you advise us of your availability on a weekly basis and we will contact you when we have opportunities that suit you.

Q. What type of placements do you have?
A. We have placements in NHS and Private Hospitals, Nursing Homes, Residential Homes, HM Prison, Supported living services, Day care and Domiciliary Care Homes.

Q. How do I register?
A. You should come and see us in our office at Deptford Bridge and fill out a registration form. When making the appointment we will advise what documents you need to bring in to register: we would normally require the following;

• Proof of ID ( UK or EU Passport)
• Proof of illegibility to work in the UK
• Certificates of professional qualifications, where necessary.
